  2. Place a piece of baking paper on an oven tray
  3. Into a small bowl, put sausage meat, onion, carrot, cheese, mixed herbs and seasonings.
  4. Add the prepared bread * to the sausage mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pipe or spread sausage meat mixture along the length of the pastry strip, leaving a 5mm edge.
  6. Tightly roll the pastry around the sausage meat. Dab some water onto the opposite end of the pastry to seal the edge of the roll.
  7. Make holes in the top of the pastry roll using a fork.
  8. Brush with egg wash.
  9. Use a sharp damp knife to cut roll into 10 – 12 pieces.
  10. Place onto prepared baking tray and bake for 10 – 15 min until the pastry is puffed and crisp and the sausage meat has cooked through. (Larger rolls will take longer to cook).
Can you please give me some feedback.

Digital Technology

In digital technology for the last 8 weeks I have chosen an issue about picking up rubbish.

My issue is how to stop humans from filling the world with trash. After we have chosen a issue we had to research about the issue to get some information. Then we filled the template to explain some of the information and to explain how I am going to stop that issue hopefully. After that we had to chose either to make a game or to make an app I chose a game to try and stop the issue.

Here is some screenshot of my research

Here is a screenshot of my game that I have created

Here is a link to game fruit were i made my game.

https://make.gamefroot.com/

my game is finished I will send a link.

I enjoyed this 8 weeks because we got to make a game/apps and an issue. Hopefully it solves the issue. In my game there will be rubbish on the ground each time you pick up rubbish you get ten points. Next time I would like to do something different. The best bit was making the game because I haven't done it before. The hardest thing was forgetting to save the game then I had to restart all over again.

What would you chose for your issue?

P.E Reflection Questions and Answers

In P.E we have done many sports like Tapu Ae, Dodgeball, Crash pad, Multi sport and bench ball. The teacher's put some question's on the board and now we have to answer them. Here they are.

Challenges? what skills did you use?

The skills I used was Teamwork and getting my team back in the game by throwing them the ball. Teamwork is probably the most important because you cant win without letting your team have a turn.

A question we had to solve?

The hardest question for the ground maintenance is probably the size of the sports field because you need to know how much meters long, Meters long and the area in square meters.

Something you would like to learn/know?

I would like to learn how to play new games that I haven't played before. I would like to learn how to play cricket,  baseball and T ball because I like hitting things and I haven't played them before.

Did you enjoy it why/why not?

I enjoyed it because I like running around because it is alot of fun instead of playing fortnite and other things on my device.

Material Technology

In Technology I have been making my mock up for what I am making. The whole class has been making a creepy creature out of material. This is my mock up that I am going to be making. Next week I will be sewing all my bits up so it can be finished. This has been taking me 5 weeks to make my mock up. Here is the photo of my design.

Tane Mahuta

In Tane Mahuta we have been recreating a broken garden for CIP. CIP stands for community impact projects. First we moved the tires back and forwards so the dirt and storks inside comes out, then we made a pile of tires at the back of the garden. After that we used a spade to make a pile of the dirt and storks, then there was tarpaulin under the tires so we pulled them off so we can fold them and put the tarpaulin in a trolley at the back of the garden. The week after that we digged up a row so we can cover soil and compose. Then we made a pile of dirt and soil in the whole then we put compose on top.

Next time we might be planting vegetables.

Digital Tech Questions and Answers

Today in digital tech we have to answer these questions about our research that we have copied off the internet and then we put it in our real words. In a couple of weeks we need to accomplished a game that we are making about our issue. Here are the questions.

Your issue:
Picking up litter can make our community clean and to make sure it doesn't kill animals

  • What is the issue? (explain)
How to stop humans from filling the world with trash?
  • How can we solve the issue? (What steps to solve your issue)
Make a game to show people how important picking up rubbish and to make a game to help people pick up rubbish a bit more hopefully.

Fitness Testing

Last Thursday we did a fitness test in the gym. In each group there were 12 people including 1 recorder to record our results.

We did 5 exercises that we have done they are called the beap test, Grip strength, vertical jump test, sit and reach test and abdominal Conditioning Test.

The hardest one was the sit and reach test because I had to reach quiet fast and my legs were hurting that it felt like I was about going to get a cramp.
