A day in a life of a penguin

After learning about Penguins in Antarctica I wrote a story about what life would be like as a Penguin.
Penguin Story

Penguins are flightless birds. They live in the Southern Hemisphere.
Penguins get very nervous if you get within 3 metres. Emperor Penguins live for about 20years, weight about 23kg and are 1.2m tall.Little penguins live up to 6 years, they weigh about 1.5 kg and are about 30 - 33 cm Birds have wings to fly but penguins have flippers to help them swim in water really fast.
Penguins can swim and go under water for 20 minutes.
The mothers and fathers penguins catch food like fish for them and their babies.
Sometimes the babies mothers don't come back because they have been eaten by whales and their enemies

When adelie penguins are on their nest sometimes for days at a time, they do not eat, instead they live of the fat layers that have formed from lots of previous eating.Penguins eat seafood, fish, squid and krill. Penguins are carnivores they feed on fish, squid, crabs, krill and other seafood they catch while swimming. Penguins swim 22 miles per hour in the water they run really powerful.
