Stone Carving
For passion projects my group Rykin, Tukz and Me made the H logo with oamaru stone. we have finished it and it looks good. The tools we used were a Chisel, Rasp, Cheese Grater, Mallet, Pencil and a Saw My favourite part was making the project and sandpapering it. The challenging part was drawing the H because we had to measure around it. We could improve the stone carving more by making the edges more straight and clean. My final thought was it was really cool and it was fun to make but it is a lot more messy.

Hi Tyson
ReplyDeleteThank you for finishing your blog post today. I liked reading about your reflection on the Passion Projects. I really like the H logo that you and your group created. I think it is going to be a beautiful addition to our new school and I know that you boys worked very hard on it.
You should be proud of your hard work!!
