How to stop bacteria / Food technology

Today for food technology working from home I have been learning about bacteria can grow in things like Food, Oxygen, Our environment, Temperature, Moisture and Time. It was quiet confusing because oxygen can't stop bacteria because bacteria uses oxygen to grow. After that we had to write about it in our blog which I am doing now. Sorry that this is a short blog post because there isn't really that much to do. Here is the work that I have done today.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO GROW
HOW TO STOP
FOOD
To make sure food is thoroughly cooked in order to kill any bacteria. Make sure that your fridge is at the correct temperature to keep cold foods chilled.
OXYGEN
In most cases bacteria requires oxygen to grow
NEUTRAL ENVIRONMENT
To stop bacteria in the environment people need to wash their hands to stop the bacteria getting from their hands onto other furniture where it can carry to other people
TEMPERATURE
Freezing food and holding it at temperatures below 0’F can stop bacterial growth. Temperatures at the high end of the danger zone above 140’F can also be used to prevent bacterial growth
MOISTURE
At a certain temperature their can be a lot of moist  which can prevent bacteria
TIME
A single bacterium can multiply to over two million in just seven hours
