Today in drama we were talking about the food pyramid. The food pyramid is shows you what you should eat least of and what you should eat more of. The food pyramid also shows you about what is healthy and what is not healthy.
At the bottom of the pyramid it means what you should normally eat a day, The middle part of the pyramid means that you can eat that stuff some days and the top of the pyramid it means you should not have it because it is bad for you, also you won't stay healthy for your well being.
