Gems and jewellery buys second hand jewellery to sell The store only has $100 notes, $10 notes and $1 coins in the till. Use play money to show how many $100 notes, $10 notes and $1 coins they would need to buy these items.

3 of the $100 notes and 6 of the $10 notes
B. A diamond necklace for $1270
12 of the $100 notes and 7 of the $10 notes
C. A gold ring for $2469
24 of the $100 notes, 6 of the $10 notes and 9 of the $1 coins
D. A pair of ruby earrings for 2074
20 of the $100 notes, 7 of the $10 notes and 4 of the $1 coins

ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing some Maths examples on your blog. You had lots of information to share with us! Some feedback for next time would be to try to create a DLO for your work. Maybe use Google Slides or Google Drawing to make something with some visual examples, or maybe a screencastify showing how to solve the problems.
