Last Thursday we did a fitness test in the gym. In each group there were 12 people including 1 recorder to record our results.
We did 5 exercises that we have done they are called the beap test, Grip strength, vertical jump test, sit and reach test and abdominal Conditioning Test.
The hardest one was the sit and reach test because I had to reach quiet fast and my legs were hurting that it felt like I was about going to get a cramp.
I am a student at in Uru MÄnuka. In 2020 I was a year 9 and in 2021 I will be a year 10. This is a place where I will be able to share my learning with you. ReplyDeleteGreat blog post, maybe next time you could say what you got in your fitness test and the beep test, also could explain more about what was hard and easy parts of the fitness test. Other than that it's good.
